General Terms and Conditions
for the Sale of Goods

GENERAL TERMS

I. Scope

The submission of your order and its acceptance by LR Health & Beauty Limited, a company incorporated in England under number 14712813 whose registered office is at 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY. England (“we” or "LR") constitutes a contract of sale between LR and you which includes an obligation on you to pay for the products you have ordered. LR Health & Beauty Limited is a subsidiary of LR Health & Beauty Systems GmbH, Kruppstrasse 55, 59227 Ahlen, Germany (Commercial register number: HRB 10011 Local Court of Muenster).

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern and apply to all contracts made by LR relating to the sale and delivery of its products to you.LR sells products solely upon the terms of these GTCs to the exclusion of any other terms. LR sells products via its website to consumers for their personal use/consumption only and products made not be resold or used or exploited for any commercial purpose.

If any of the GTCs is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining GTCs. If you breach these GTCs and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these GTCs.

Orders can only be placed with LR by persons of legal age who have a residential address in the United Kingdom. Goods shall only be sold in normal household quantities.
We ship goods exclusively to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom.

II. Products

Product descriptions are set out in the ‘webshop' on our website. We may change the composition, characteristics, or selection of the products offered for sale on our website and their presentation or packaging, but any such changes shall not apply retroactively to orders submitted prior to their introduction. The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only: the shape, colour and size of the products delivered to you may vary from the examples shown on our website and such variations do not constitute a product defect.

The product sale prices are those that appear on our website when you place your order, and the total purchase price of the products is shown on your order including any VAT and delivery costs. Payment is limited to the payment methods shown in section X below.

We will seek to deliver the products you have ordered within our stated target delivery dates all of which are less than 30 days from order. We hold stocks to meet reasonably anticipated demand, but all orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel orders for any products which cease to be available for any reason.

III. Personal Data

We will process your personal data for purposes related to the performance of our contract with you and for related purposes. Full details of our data processing including your data subject rights are in our Privacy Policy available under menu/About Us.

IV. Copyrights and image rights

All image rights and copyrights are held by LR, or by third parties who have granted LR the exploitation rights. Any use without our express written consent is prohibited.

V. Warranty

It is our responsibility to supply goods to you that meet your consumer rights, and if you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
If we provide a commercial warranty in relation to any products then that warranty and any applicable conditions will be included with the product delivered in each case. Any commercial warranty provided is in addition to any does not affect your statutory rights.

VI. Limitation of liability

We will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for any indirect or consequential loss or economic loss suffered by you as a result of any failure by us to comply with these GTCs.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

VII. Trading Scheme

As a retail customer you do not have any rights to participate in our trading scheme: our products are supplied to you strictly on a not for resale basis and you may not market or resell the products which you buy from us; you may not market our business opportunity or attempt to recruit others; and you may not earn any commissions or bonuses under our compensation plan.

VIII. Applicable law

This contract is subject to the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any statutory rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence which may not be lawfully excluded or varied.

IX. Dispute Resolution

We do not take part in any proceedings before a state-approved consumer arbitration body. In case of any dispute that may arise in relation to the products or these GTCs, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction but you may also bring a claim in the Courts in the country where you are resident.

Terms of Delivery and Payment

X. Payment methods

We accept payment by Debit card (Master/Visa), Credit card (Master/Visa/Amex) or Paypal.

XI. Shipping

We hand over the ordered goods to a shipping company for delivery to the delivery address stated in the order. For each delivery, we charge a shipping fee which will be separately shown as part of the total price when you place your order.

XII. Title and Risk

LR retains title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made. Delivery is made and risk is transferred to you by the physical delivery of the product to you or to any third party designated by you, other than to a delivery service used by us.

XIII. Cancellation

Important note: Certain products are delivered sealed for health or hygiene reasons and you may not cancel your order and return those products if they have been unsealed after delivery. Those products include any ready-made meals and any cosmetic or skincare product (such as creams and perfumes) which are sealed on delivery and where the seal has been broken or removed after delivery. In these cases, the following cancellation policy and the associated right of withdrawal does not apply.
We may cancel an order before the products are delivered for any reason including due to an event outside our control, or due to the unavailability of stock, limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product. If this occurs, we will contact you to let you know and will fully refund the payment you have made for the products.

Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason from the date upon which it is made until the end of the period of fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, LR Health & Beauty Limited, 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY. England phone: + 44 113 526 355 2, email: service.uk@lrworld.com, of your decision to cancel this contract by making a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). We kindly ask you to use the withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so.
In order to exercise this right, it is sufficient that you send us notice of your cancellation of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will promptly refund to you all payments we have received from you in relation to your cancelled order, including charges for delivery from us to you (other than any additional charges resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund we will use the same payment method used by you for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until the goods have been returned to us at the address stated on your sales receipt or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The period is complied with if you have dispatched the goods prior to expiry of the period of fourteen days.
If you reject the products for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the products, you must pay the cost of returning the products to us and you will be responsible for their safe return. If you do not return the products to us, we will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the products from the sums we refund to you. If you reject the products because they are damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return of the products to us.
If the products are returned by you for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the products and they have suffered any reduction in their value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products then you will be charged for that diminution in value and that charge will be deducted from your refund.

NOTICE OF THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

LR hereby gives you the following notice of cancellation rights: 1. You have the right to cancel this contract within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the products to you without giving any reason by providing a clear statement of your decision to cancel to LR. 2. To meet the 14 day cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation notice to us before that cancellation period has expired. If you wish to cancel the contract you may use the form below if you want to but you do not have to. (Complete, detach and return this form ONLY IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT).
